Get Ripped To The Core With Jari Love

Tonight, I have decided to do a strength exercise. I was going to just listen to music or watch TV while I lifted weights, but I have decided to go with Jari’s workout dvd for my strength training. The dvd states it’s 66 minutes. I say it’s 66 minutes with the Introduction and bonus information, but I found the exercise to be 55 minutes long. I’ve started the exercise at 6:15 p.m. and finished it at 7:09 p.m. with the closing credits 7:10 p.m.

I have to check out more of Jari’s dvd to see what they have to offer.
