Tonight, I’ve worked out to The Firm Pump, Jump “N Jab with Kelsie Daniels. The workout is said to be 45 minutes, but I started the exercise at 6:30 p.m. and it ended at 7:12 p.m., so that’s 42 minutes.
This was a good workout. Kelsie is a good instructor. This is the second dvd by her that I have done. She has another workout dvd that I want to get, when the price is right.
