Fat On My Body That I Want To Melt Away

I have parts of my body that fat is residing right now, but with good healthy eating and exercise, they will be history in no time.

They are:

1. Waving triceps
2. Balloon abdomen
3. Wide Saddlebags
4. Buddy thighs

I’m working on my bodyfat percentage and inches. One day at a time!
