Tonight was my first time doing pilates and I have to say that I’m glad that Crunch: Fat Burning Pilates with Ellen Barrett was my first pilates workout.
The pilates was divided into two parts. Cardio standing pilates and floor pilates. This exercise wasn’t hard to follow, some of the moves reminded me of Taebo and I have to say Chris Freytag’s moves from her Prevention Fitness Systems workout that I have been doing.
The 43 minute workout felt good. It had me sweating.
I have received Ellen’s Deluxe Crunch Pilates set today. I can’t wait to try out the other two dvds. Burn & Firm Pilates and Pick Your Spot Pilates.
