Prevention Fitness Systems 3-2-1 Workout With Chris Freytag

Yesterday, I have received this workout. It came as a two pack, along with Belly, Butt and Thighs with Chris Freytag. I love working out with Chris Freytag.

This workout is a circuit training workout. Running time is 49 minutes. I’m glad that I have done this workout tonight. For my weights, I have used my 3 pound weights. They may be light, but they do work you out. I have used them with another workout and the next day, I felt just how much those weights can do.

Tomorrow is my monthly results in and the first month in my three months lose a foot off my body and 5% body fat challenge. Any results counts.
