Billy’s Boot Camp Elite Mission Two Maximum Power

Tonight, I’ve done Billy’s Boot Camp Elite Mission Two Maximum Power. It was my first time doing it. Billy and his crew, except for one woman – were using a resistance band that they could attach to their feet, just like the other one that I own, but these had a walking weight connected to it. I’ve used my 2lb Reebok walking weights to do this workout. I’m glad that I did the workout. I wasn’t going to workout tonight.

May 2012 Weigh In Results

I didn’t get a chance to do my weigh in yesterday, so I’ve done it today, 05-15-12. I’ve know how much my scale weight, fat loss and body fat percentage loss is, but I’m going to see if next month shows a strong result. I’m glad for the results that I have seen today – I have even gained 1.2 pounds of lean body mass, but I think next month will definitely show if these results are definite results.
